Your neighbor since 1996
That proximity matters on response time, on local code knowledge, and on the relationship. Capps has served Wood Dale homes and businesses for thirty years and the phone number has not changed.
Common services in Wood Dale
Older housing stock and an established tree canopy mean sewer rodding, sewer camera inspection, and overhead sewer conversion are among the most common calls. Water heater service and flood control are also frequent given the age of the area’s plumbing systems.
- Sewer rodding
Gets the line flowing again and shows you why it stopped, so the same backup does not come back next month.
- Sewer camera inspection
See the condition of the line before you spend on the repair.
- Overhead sewer conversion
Raises the sewer above the city main so it cannot back up
- Flood control systems
Keep the street out of your basement during heavy rain.
- Water heater installation
Tank and tankless, sized and vented to code.
- Hydrojetting
High pressure cleaning for grease and scale
- Lead service line replacement
Replaces the lead water service to the house
- Trenchless sewer replacement
Replace the run with minimal disruption to the yard.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Very easy to communicate via phone and email. They just did $6k worth of plumbing work for me and I will gladly continue using them in the future.
Pawel K. · Deerfield, IL · via Google It was an emergency they responded rather quick I called like six different companies they were the only ones that call me back and they had somebody here within the hour! I recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. The plumber was very friendly very clean took care of everything in a timely fashion and I'm very pleased with the services!
Elina B. · via Google Call them on a Wednesday to replace my two spigot and it was completed on Thursday by 10:00 a.m.! Very professional and very well done.
Phil B. · Buffalo Grove, IL · via Google First time using Capps plumbing - they repaired 2 outside leaking spigot. The team was professional and knowledgeable and pricing was fair. I will definitely use them again!
Pam M. · Palatine, IL · via Google Needed a shower cartridge fixed, and Capps arrived on time. Will was very friendly and very professional. Would definitely pick them again for other plumbing issues
Michael S. · Hoffman Estates, IL · via Google Capps did an outstanding job. Jose and Eddie cleared a heavily clogged 2” kitchen line and took the time to ensure it was completely clean before they wrapped up. The camera inspection confirmed the quality of their work. I plan to use Capps for future plumbing needs, including a preventative main sewer line cleaning. Their pricing is competitive, they’re honest, and the workmanship is excellent.
