Commercial Hydrojetting
Restores full line capacity in kitchen, floor and main drains, and removes the buildup that puts the line back out of service.
Why the line goes down on a cycle
Grease, soap and food solids cool on the walls of a commercial line and harden into a layer that keeps narrowing. Cabling cuts a channel through it, which restores flow for a while, so the line is usually clear enough to pass and dirty enough to fail again inside a few months.
What that costs is rarely the plumbing bill. It is a closed kitchen at service, a restroom out of order in a tenant space, a health inspection finding, or a floor drain that surfaces near equipment that should not be standing in water.

What a jetting visit covers
The work is built to return the line to full diameter and to leave evidence of the condition it was in.
- Line assessment
Camera run before jetting to confirm the material in the line and its condition.
- Pressure and nozzle selection
Nozzle and pressure matched to line diameter and to what is coating it, rather than one setting for every job.
- Full-diameter wall cleaning
Cutting back to the pipe wall instead of opening a channel through the buildup.
- Grease interceptor coordination
Work sequenced with interceptor service where the site has one.
- Post-jetting camera verification
Second camera run documenting the cleared line.
- Site containment and cleanup
Water and debris controlled at the cleanout, work area returned to service condition.
How we schedule around your operations
Site walk and access
Cleanout locations, water supply, parking and after-hours access are confirmed before a date is set.
Written scope and quote
Lines to be jetted, access requirements and the agreed window are documented and priced.
Scheduled execution
Crews work the agreed window, including overnight, so the space is in service when you open.
Verification and documentation
Post-jetting camera footage and a completion record are handed to the site contact. Documentation at completion includes the written scope, before and after camera footage, and a record of lines serviced for building files.
Three ways this work gets priced
How the work is scoped depends on whether it is reactive, planned, or part of a larger project.
One-time service call
A line is down now and the building needs it back. Scope covers access, jetting the affected line, verification and cleanup.
Scheduled maintenance
Recurring intervals agreed in advance, commonly quarterly or semi-annual. Planned work is priced per visit, sequenced around operating hours, and documented for building records.
Project or capital work
Multiple lines, several properties, or jetting tied to repair or replacement. Proposal with staged scope, documentation package and a schedule agreed with the property team.
All commercial work is scoped and quoted in writing before it begins.

Property teams on this service
Jose and Eddie cleared a heavily clogged 2” kitchen line and took the time to ensure it was completely clean before they wrapped up. The camera inspection confirmed the quality of their work. Their pricing is competitive, they're honest, and the workmanship is excellent.

Where we run commercial jetting
Commercial coverage runs across the northwest suburbs and extends to downtown Chicago for larger accounts and multi-property portfolios.
Can the work happen outside business hours?
Yes. Overnight and early morning windows are common on restaurant and retail sites so the space is in service when you open.
What access do you need?
Access depends on the property and the line being cleaned. Hydrojetting can be performed through a cleanout or, in some situations, through a toilet, drain, or roof access. Our technician will evaluate the setup and determine the best access point for the job.
Will jetting damage older pipe?
No. Hydrojetting equipment is specifically designed for cleaning sewer and drain lines without damaging the pipe. Our technicians use the proper equipment and technique for the line they’re servicing, including older piping.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Call or email our office with your specific certificate requirements, and our team will provide the documentation you need.
How disruptive is it to tenants?
We work to keep disruption to a minimum while making sure our crews have safe access to complete the work and protect the property. Depending on the service, tenants may temporarily have limited access to plumbing or drains, and vehicles may need to be moved from affected parking areas. We’ll communicate any necessary preparations ahead of time so the work can be completed safely and efficiently.
Can this be set up as recurring service?
Yes! Routine hydrojetting maintenance is one of the best ways to keep sewer and drain lines flowing properly, reduce the risk of unexpected backups, and minimize emergency costs and potential property damage. We can set a maintenance schedule based on your property’s specific needs and usage.
Often scoped alongside jetting
The work most often scoped on the same visit. Every one comes with a written quote before anything starts.
Need commercial hydrojetting scheduled?
Scoped in writing, scheduled around your hours, documented at completion.
