Common services in Great Lakes
Older housing stock and an established tree canopy mean sewer rodding, sewer camera inspection, and overhead sewer conversion are among the most common calls. Water heater service and flood control are also frequent given the age of the area’s plumbing systems.
- Sewer rodding
Gets the line flowing again and shows you why it stopped, so the same backup does not come back next month.
- Sewer camera inspection
See the condition of the line before you spend on the repair.
- Overhead sewer conversion
Raises the sewer above the city main so it cannot back up
- Flood control systems
Keep the street out of your basement during heavy rain.
- Water heater installation
Tank and tankless, sized and vented to code.
- Hydrojetting
High pressure cleaning for grease and scale
- Lead service line replacement
Replaces the lead water service to the house
- Trenchless sewer replacement
Replace the run with minimal disruption to the yard.

Very good experience getting quote and scheduling purchase and installation of a new toilet. Responsiveness and professionalism of Capp’s staff are just two reasons we only use them for all of our plumbing needs. Never have any issues with the work done by their technicians. Highly recommend!
