That proximity matters on response time, on local code knowledge, and on the relationship. Capps has served Addison homes and businesses for thirty years and the phone number has not changed.
Common services in Addison
Older housing stock and an established tree canopy mean sewer rodding, sewer camera inspection, and overhead sewer conversion are among the most common calls. Water heater service and flood control are also frequent given the age of the area’s plumbing systems.
- Sewer rodding
Gets the line flowing again and shows you why it stopped, so the same backup does not come back next month.
- Sewer camera inspection
See the condition of the line before you spend on the repair.
- Overhead sewer conversion
Raises the sewer above the city main so it cannot back up
- Flood control systems
Keep the street out of your basement during heavy rain.
- Water heater installation
Tank and tankless, sized and vented to code.
- Hydrojetting
High pressure cleaning for grease and scale
- Lead service line replacement
Replaces the lead water service to the house
- Trenchless sewer replacement
Replace the run with minimal disruption to the yard.

We had two Kyle’s show up at our house yesterday. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to fix the problem with the clogged kitchen drain. We discuss a few other problems with the house plumbing and they will submit an estimate. I used Capps plumbing in the past and I was satisfied. Will continue to use them in the future.
