Capps Plumbing started as a dream. When we met over 30 years ago, we could have never have imagined where that dream would take us. Mary was the executive assistant to several Vice Presidents at Jewel while I pursued my plumbing career. We married in 1987 and over the next seven years had our four children – Deanna, Joe, Dan, and Nick.
After working in the plumbing industry for over a decade, it became clear to me that customers needed a plumbing company they could rely on for all their needs. Our dream of owning a business could no longer be ignored, and with four young children, we took a giant leap of faith.
We started Capps Plumbing on November 2nd, 1996. With one truck and a dining room as our office, we worked day and night to provide customers with the level of plumbing service they deserved at a price they could afford. And 25 years later, we are surrounded by our four children and a team whose work ethic and ambition remind us so much of ourselves.
When we’re not working, we spend time with our kids, their spouses, and our two beautiful grandsons. To us, there is nothing better than a big family dinner with lots of love and laughter around the table.

As the Vice President of Corporate Operations at Capps Plumbing, I love helping people, whether it be a customer, property manager or coworker. I’ve spent my life and career in the plumbing industry, gaining experiences in areas such as customer service, field management and human resources. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and our two young sons, Jaxon and Grayson.
I have over 11 years’ experience at Capps Plumbing and Sewer. I started in the warehouse and worked my way up to the Plumbing Apprenticeship Program. My experience in the field and warehouse have been invaluable in my current role as Vice President of Field Support and Technology. I enjoy playing various sports, being outdoors, and spending time with my family in my free time.
I have spent the last 10 years learning everything there is to know about the plumbing industry. I’ve worked on everything from sewer repairs to water heaters, clogged drains to commercial boiler installation, and everything in between. I apply this knowledge as the Vice President of Plumbing Operations, where I make sure our technicians provide our customers with an excellent service experience. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and family.
I have worked in the plumbing industry for 9 years, gaining experience in residential, commercial, and industrial service. As a seasoned technician and the Vice President of Field Operations, I am passionate about customer service and performing the right job for all situations. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife Cat, family, and e-sports tournaments.
I’ve held several administrative roles, from accounts payable and accounts receivable to human resources. Through my contributions as the Director of Administration, my greatest achievement has been streamlining our corporate operations and guiding the company’s transition to paperless. Outside of work, I enjoy working out and spending quality time with my husband, Nick, and our dogs, Bruno and Bella.
I joined Capps Plumbing in 2009 as an apprentice. In 2016 I became a licensed plumbing technician and am now the Sewer and Water Manager. Before joining Capps, I was a Machinist’s Mate Fireman in the United States Navy. When I’m not keeping busy managing our 2 sewer crews, you can find me playing video games, camping, and spending time with my wife, Deanna, and our two sons.
